I can help you turn that message into a book that serves people. You don’t need a finished manuscript to begin. You might have talks, recordings, notes, a short teaching paper or a rough draft.

I bring 20 years of writing and publishing experience, both independently and with UK and US publishers. I’ve worked with agents, editors, copy editors, designers and printers, and learned a great deal along the way.

We begin with what you carry, who it could help and what you want to change for them. Then we work out the right next step together.

Clarify who you’re writing for, the question they’re asking and what the book will help them understand or do. A clear promise gives the writing direction.

Explore your talks, notes, teaching papers or manuscript. Build a chapter plan that takes the reader somewhere, drawing on your own experience and stories.

Develop the manuscript

Review the structure, strengthen the practical value and address repetition. Work through a sample chapter together so the approach serves the book and still sounds like you.

Test an outline or sample with people the book is meant to help. Discover what connects, where they get stuck and what they can put into practice.
