I’m a former police officer, pastor, author, speaker and leadership coach based in Manchester.
Meeting Jesus changed my life. It gave me a new starting point, and I’m still learning what it means to live from that place—with gratitude, courage and a willingness to take the next step.
Through years of church leadership, writing and speaking, I’ve had the privilege of serving people in different places and seasons. What keeps drawing me forward is helping others recognise their gifts, grow in character and make their contribution.
I lead Ivy Church and founded LAUNCH, connecting pastors, pioneers and Kingdom entrepreneurs. Jethro brings my coaching, consulting, training and publishing work together around a shared purpose: equipping and encouraging people to step into their place of leadership and influence.
